A cushion designed with fun in mind, the Hedgehog helps promote physical co-ordination (eg. circuit training for balance), can be used for limitless exercises for building strength, mobility and for use during physical and occupational therapy. Used by professional reflexologists for foot arch exercises and therapy.
The Hedgehog is also great for relaxation - try it as a foot massager or roll it across aching shoulders - it can even help to promote somaesthesia (aligning the sensory systems associated with the body).
